Current job (2021): Senior software development manager, AWS Identity at Amazon.com.
Her responsibilities: Own engineering, product, and science for customer facing AWS service focused on helping customers set the right permissions in the AWS cloud.
While at Tepper: She focused on business analytics and was also very active in Women in Business. She participated in Tepper’s Accelerate Leadership Center, working through development plans and as a coach.
On the fellowship: “The connection with other leaders with similar values and motivation but with different backgrounds was valuable to me. As a Fellow, I focused on building connections with other Fellows and alumni. The community is very supportive.
Hurrah for women who code: “My community goals include growing and developing women in technology. I do a lot of technical presentations and have authored some articles on the topic.”
But that’s not all: She’s building a fairy garden in her backyard.
