Karthik is a Fuqua MBA candidate focusing on brand management and hoping to eventually move into marketing and partnership roles in sports. At Fuqua, Karthik is a Center on Leadership and Ethics Fellow and an Admissions Fellow, serves as co-president of the Media, Entertainment and Sports Club, and is on the leadership team for Fuqua Special Olympics. He also serves as a non-voting board member for Durham Nativity School.
Prior to Fuqua, Karthik spent six years in education—three years as an 11th grade precalculus teacher and three years at The Aspen Institute College Excellence Program. Karthik received his BBA in marketing from The College of William & Mary. This past summer, he interned at The Coca-Cola Company as a brand marketing intern.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Karthik enjoys puzzles and genuinely believing that his favorite sports teams are going to win the championship every year. He is happily married and has the two most adorable nieces in the world.
