Final Report

We believe that an annual evaluation report is a critical element of the funding cycle and is beneficial to the funder and the grantee. As such, all McGowan Fund grantees are required to complete an annual evaluation report. The final evaluation rubric is a tool that enables both grantee and grantor the opportunity to reflect and grow by examining the past year’s successes, as well as those efforts that did not work as well. The lessons learned can help assess the short-term and long-term impact on the population served and can help shape the program for future years.

Online Final Reports are due one year after funding is approved. We do not accept paper copies of Final Reports.

Final Reports must be submitted prior to applying for new funding.
