Grant Applicants

Since its founding in 1993, the McGowan Fund has awarded more than $135 million in grants across three program areas: Education, Human Services, and Healthcare.

Our grant-making activity is rooted in the belief that quality of life should be available to all. We pursue this vision by partnering with organizations working to build healthy, productive communities through innovative and sustainable evidence-based programs. The Fund makes grants in five geographical areas, values evidence-based initiatives, and requires a detailed outcomes matrix.
